How can I make changes to my order?

hola@paralelomexicano.com within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you want to change your finish or model, please include a photo or name of the new finish or model.

 

How long do you have for delivery?

Each piece is specialal for us and made special for you, so we have a delivery date of 25 business days.

Where can I track my order?

Upon successful completion of your purchase, within 12 hours an advisor will be contacting you to verify the order details and shipping address. 
Later, a tracking number will be generated to manage the date of your delivery.

How can I invoice my products?

In case you require billing of your products, Please contact us before making your purchase at +52 (443) 300 0496 including all the details and billing information. 
Our prices do not include VAT, if an invoice is required, the established percentage will be charged.

Do you accept wholesale purchases?

Yes of course,  please send us an email to hola@paralelomexicano.com or  write to us at +52 (443) 185 5773 with more details and we will follow up.

Do you make designs on media or special pieces?

We are a big family of manufacturers! We are sure that we can make any craft product made to measure for your spaces or exclusive pieces.

Do they have guarantees?

MEXICAN PARALLEL guarantees the normal functioning of the product since we have a quality control that guarantees the good condition of your piece before being packed. 


In case of receiving your product with damages by fletea we appreciate you sending us a photo and description of the damage that occurred to this email hola@paralelomexicano.com within 10 calendar days in order to solve the problem.
