If your order is a special order (custom product), the return is not applicable, only the warranty for manufacturing defects, which is valid for three months, which runs from the date you receive the product.

The delivery is made through specialized parcels, therefore the delivery is outside the home (on the street, outside door of the home). You must consider the space in stairs, elevators and doorways before ordering the products.
